LifeStyle Realty just acquired a 4.4k property just outside Fountain Square, from the Marion County Tax Sale and plan on putting a new build on it to either rent out or host AirBnb guests. LifeStyle Realty is currently in the Project Scope stage of getting the project off the ground. To the side is a picture of the property.

The design we have in mind is a tri-level single family home. Double car garage on ground level, and the 2nd and 3rd level as living space. The goal here is to maximize as much space as we can and that means building up in this case. The property will have Modern Touch with the budget not expanding over 150k.
